The Team

Tom Levitt - The Editor
Tom Levitt, MSN Environment Editor

Tom is the MSN Environment Editor joining the channel just before its launch in April 2008. He has worked as a journalist on titles covering a diverse range of subjects, including farming, architecture, travel and the environment. His main passion is food and ethical living.
As well as cycling everywhere he goes, Tom can usually be found on a sports pitch somewhere hoping his legs can hold out for another few years yet.

Miranda Newsom

Miranda Newsom
Miranda has been a regular contributor to MSN Environment, specialising in green lifestyle: eco-friendly homes, eco/ethical fashion and beauty.
She created her own site The [Accidental] EcoManiac so regular folks can learn how to green up their lives (as stylishly and painlessly as possible). She doesn't own a car, maintains a wormery and tries to make it through the day with as few green sins as possible.

Hugh Wilson
Hugh Wilson
Hugh has been a regular contributor to MSN Environment. He likes to write about everything from climate change to urban green living, and has a particular penchant for strange animals.
His hobbies include walking in the woods, eating seasonally as much as possible, and trying to get his two-year-old son interested in the natural world. But his two-year-old son likes trains and once kicked a goat.

Charlotte Amelines
Charlotte Amelines
Charlotte was a regular contributor to MSN Environment in the second-half of 2008, writing on a range of topics from the beginnings of the earth to the how condoms are helping to save the Amazon rainforest. She is a former editor of MSN Travel and has previously written for publications including Lonely Planet.
