These days we’re all aware of what we should be doing to reduce our carbon footprint. Chances are you’re already doing your bit: you changed your light bulbs, insulated the loft and obediently put out your recycling every week.
But before you start patting yourself on the back too heartily, ask yourself this – how much further would you go in the pursuit of eco-friendliness?
Would you forsake your wheels for a horse and trap, for example? Give up all cooked food? Or rig your business with a floor to soak up the kinetic energy of tramping feet?
